It's safe to say that adding a delicious cup of cappuccino/latte can significantly increase your daily calorie intake. These reduced-calorie coffee pods are, thus, a very good thing. At 49 calories per cup, the difference in taste between these and the full fat version pods is negligible - but saves 35 calories. For those on calorie-controlled diets, it's easy to calculate how many calories you've consumed with these (unlike coffee shop coffees - where the sizing can be very variable).
