This is 200 pages of loveliness! For cat-lovers and yoga-enthusiasts and Buddhist-curious alike, this book is a delight. From the perspective of the Dalai Lama's cat, we are privy to the comings and goings of Namgyal and McLeod Ganj, the Tibetan town of residence of His Holiness. Although there is a tale within it, it's more a book about life, attitudes and other such deep philosophical questions - but these messages and nuggets of wisdom are interwoven within the story of Rinpoche (one of the cat's many names) as he goes about his business while the Dalai Lama is oversees.

A great classic, 13 Mar 2014

Informative, fascinating, educational... This classic text is a must-have for anybody who is interested in, or practising, yoga. It's such a useful book to keep close to your mat, for both guidance and inspiration.

I'll keep this short (sorry, the puns keep coming...). These are a good price at the cheaper end of the scale but stand up well against the competition. Not quite as nice as others in the Durex range but significantly cheaper and the difference in quality is negligible.

They're very thin and a snug fit, and in no way do they impede the task at hand. The smell is faintly detectable but not offputting. They feel natural but reliable.

Couple of pointers: probably not great for those who need a bigger pair of budgie smugglers at the beach - just right for Mr Average though. Also sometimes they do not go on properly or smoothly and it takes some fiddling to get to where you… Read more
