5.0 out of 5 stars very solid, 8 Dec 2011
Originally was looking for a high performance lightweight waterproof for commuting to University but also capable of handling the Scottish Munros. So far this jacket has fit the bill very well.

At half the price of many other lightweight waterproofs the Kintyre seemed slightly too good to be true. The jacket is very windproof and waterproof. The hood design is also great as it gives more freedom to move your head than one which can't be put away. The fleece in the pockets is also a godsend in the cold weather.

Red Dead Redemption (Xbox 360) by Rockstar

4.0 out of 5 stars Very Enjoyable, 1 July 2010
Just completed the game this morning and the game was an enjoyable western. So much so was the western vibe infectious that I purchased the first season of Deadwood: Complete HBO Season 1 [2004] [DVD] after recommendations from friends. The middle section in Mexico is definitely the low point of the game but this is made up for with memorable and, for the first time in a Rockstar game (in my opinion), likeable characters.

In conclusion, Red Dead is a game well worth the price of admission.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good for the job, 1 July 2010
Bought this for completing the West Highland Way. Its low weight made it very unnoticable when carrying. Very good when trekking 21 miles a day Its design is such that it is very much a get in the tent and sleep not a sit in etc. Simple to assemble which always helps. Much more a 2 man tent with a bit of space for comfort than a 3 man

Overall and most importantly it kept my friends and I dry during very heavy rain and windy nights. Good but perhaps there is a better alternative.
