Raspberry Ketones were recommended to me by a friend. I wound up with this brand at random; good price, easy to get etc. I noticed I had some of the effects talked about when I was taking it, but never as much as my friend seemed to get. I asked him what brand he was taking and when he told me it wasn't just a different brand but combining the ketones with another supplement; green coffee bean extract.
I've been using this brand just for the simple fact that I get the ketones for free; Svetol GCBE (2 Bottles) + FREE Raspberry 50 Grams My energy levels are twice what they'd been on the ketones alone. And my late night cravings have pretty much disappeared. The change was noticeable to say the least
