We all expect to miss sleep when babies are young, but once they become toddlers most parents would like to start getting them into a healthy sleep routine. A child that sleeps well means the whole family is happier and more energised each day.
The Gro-Clock is used around the world with great success to train toddlers to stay in bed until the time the parents desire. It's much more than just a clock – it's a whole sleep system. Starting with bedtime, the parent reads the specially written 'Sleepy Farm' book (included) and explains that the child should look at the clock to see all the stars in the sky around the moon.
If the child wakes in the night, they simply glance at the clock to know what to do: if there are stars showing, they should lie down and relax as it's not time to get up yet, and the stars will keep them company. As the stars count down, they know it is almost time, and then with a big smile the sun arrives on the screen to signal that it is time to go and see mum and dad.
The Gro-Clock has two wake-up times so you can set one for the morning and one for afternoon naps.
The brightness on the Gro-Clock can be adjusted to suit your child's preferences, which will change as they age.
The Gro-Clock helps your child adjust when the clocks change forwards or backwards.
Included with the Gro-Clock is 'Sleepy Farm', a bedtime book to read your child to help them to sleep.
