My two young cats love this Felix product when bought from the supermarket. The 48 pack bought through Amazon stank dreadfully when unpacked. I tipped out all the sachets from the separate packs and dicovered the cause, but couldn't precisely identify the substance that was stuck to the bottom of one of the 12-packs, though it smelt like a particularly pungent glue. The smell clung to all the sachets, even after I had washed them all with washing-up detergent, so I couldn't bring them into the house for storage. One of my cats refused to eat the contents of any of the sachets. Eventually I gave the lot away to a friend with more cats than I have that didn't seem to mind what they were eating. I've gone back to buying from the supermarket.

Having ordered several, two of the boxes came damaged and "soggy" due to several of the sachets having split. Unfortunately they were so badly damaged I had to throw each of the two boxes out, meaning that the two boxes left, out of the pack of four, actually cost me more than if I'd bought them seperately in the supermarket. Not something I intend to buy on the internet again.

I always use Amazon to order and deliver this cat food as I order 8 boxes at a time, it is a cumbersome item to buy at the supermarket as I do buy in bulk, however, I don't have to put them in a shopping trolley, take them out to put on a conveyor belt, put them back in the trolley, unload them into my car and THEN get them out of the boot and pack them away!
Why wouldn't I order them straight to my door at the best price ever - as always, you've just got to be boarder line bonkers if you don't order from Amazon, let them do the work - they are superb!
