I bought this product having been told that ultra-sonic rat repellers work. The one I wanted was not available so gave this one ago. The instructions say to give 4 -weeks before judging the effect. Having rat/mouse visitors most nights the result was IMMEDIATE. And 4 weeks in still no sign. Good choice.

Eventhou I am a little OTT about my home being clear, I still got mice... I was completely shocked, and rushed out to get every and any device to get rid of them. Mice taps and glue mats killed a few but they kept coming back! I was a my wits end, when I started checking out plug in devices and this is by far the best. I have had it plugged in for 48hrs, and have has no signs of mice in traps or any scatching... I hope this is the last of them, fingers crossed.

Several nights of disturbed sleep hearing the scuttling of rat claws in the attic .... purchased 2 for good measure (upstairs and downstairs).
Plugged them in and the first night heard some brief scuttling then a high pitched squeal ... complete silence ever since. WOW - impressive or what?

The mice get used to the pitch of the sound and ignore it.
It does not really work I still have mice in the house that ignore the high pitch sound and are too stubborn to leave the flat. Read more
