Probably the only alphabet flashcard you'll ever need to teach a child the alphabet! It contains two sets with one set teaching the phonetic sound of each letter and the other with each letter showing the upper case on one side and lower case on the other which was the reason I bought it as apparently kids need to learn the lower case first when they start school (or so I've been told).

these cards are just great with two sets inside half for younger kids with pictures on one side and the letter on the other and then the other half of cards for older children, they are not too big either and are great to use.

The cards are glossy and the pictures simple and a few different to the normal ABC. There are two sets inside one with picture one side and a letter and the word of the picture on the reverse, the other set have the capital one side and the lower case letter on the reverse. Stickers are of capital and lower case letter and a few incentive 'Well Done!' stickers. Although marketed for 3+ children; 2 year old daughter has taken to them already.

Have the ladybird book in the same illustrations but these cards are so handy for learning and making games from. Also stick up a few at a time on the wall to learn.

Fantastic and much nicer than some of the designs of these things.

Bright colours and pictures and nice big letters keep the interest of the baby. Ok so I am starting young and using therefor my 4month old baby but she loves them so why not! Least you know it can keep the interest of a 4 ,th old but the cards have exercises that will progress with the baby and its development so will be of useful for several years to come. I got these and the number cards!

There are essentially two sets of cards in this pack: one with lowercase letters and pictures on the other side; the other has lowercase letters on one side and uppercase letters on the other side.

The cards with pictures can be used to help younger children recognise words beginning with the same letter. The cards with capital letters are more appropriate for older children to learn to associate the uppercase letter with its lowercase one.

The cards are good quality, with a wipe clean finish, although they could be thicker for younger children who like to try to fold them.
