Review

“This is a high quality, useful book. This update is justified, as the authors discuss anticipated changes with the DSM–V and ICD–11 diagnostic systems.”  ( Doody’s , 4 January 2013)

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing book 23 Mar 2013

Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
I was recommended this by my mentor and I bought it based on this advice. This book is not aimed at student nurses but since assessment is a large part of mental health nursing I found the section on mental state examination invaluable. This book offers a straightforward introduction to psychiatry which I would recommend to anyone working in mental health whether from a nursing or medical background.
