This was recommend to me by a friend who had it on her iPad and she said it was the best game she ever downloaded. I have to say I agree with her. It is very different from other puzzle games and will really make you think. Great graphics and music plus there is a hint if you get stuck (which I am most glad of!) Nothing worse than being stuck and not being able to progress. Definitely worth £1.49.

I was glad to find that this title isn't a simple 'escape the room' type game, as the title gave that impression. Thank you Amazon reviewers, I may not have tried this game if not for your helpfulness.

I'll start with the only negative points that I found with this game. The duration was short for the (affordable) price of the title, in comparison to other great games that are available for less. However, this is the first game from an independent developer and this minor peeve is soothed in realising that contributing means likelihood of future development. Quality over quantity, and 'The Room's has quality in abundance.

It does leave you wanting more, but there is little in the way of replay value once you've managed to solve it. However, there is definitely plenty of that when you hand your kindle to a friend or family member and watch the wheels turn in their head, marvelling at this beautiful gem.

Those downsides are not enough to prevent me giving a sincere 5 star rating.

The Room is a beautiful game with surprising levels of intuitive genius. A seamless blend of a cliffhanger mystery with wonderful, unique puzzles.

As a previous (and very helpful) reviewer pointed out, this game does summon feelings of nostalgia in harkening back to the days of 'Myst'
Two very different titles, yet similar in the way they draw you in with their clever use of beautiful ambience in the visuals, music and tempting the pursuit of the burning question, "why?"

The Room does a wonderful job of ensuring that you feel a sense of elation and reward in every little baby step towards solution. The most minor solves bring rushes of excitement, whether it answers something you were previously stuck on, or rewards you with elaborate unfolding transitions of the curious devices.

I read the reviews on this App and bought it. It did not dissappoint me at all. The first time I played it I was up until 3am because I was so engrosed in the game, I could not put it down. The 3d effects are very good. I also like the fact that there are clues so Im not left not knowing what to do next. Im not really a game player but this App has made me into one and it works very well on my Kindle Fire HD.

Very well constructed game with plenty to do. Although these games are never long this one kept me on my toes and had an intriguing story behind it.
Can't wait for the next game from this creator. 5* game

Beautiful to look at and so satisfying when you have that Eureka moment and a drawer slides open to reveal another piece of the puzzle. There are tips for when you get really stuck, but they only give you a pointer to get you thinking again. Reminds me a bit of Myst - open doors, flip switches, and try all those things you would if you were stuck in the room for real - apart from taking a sledge hammer to it of course!!

If you are a fan of the hidden object adventure game but enjoy the adventure bit more than object finding then you will love this. I understand that developing this game must be incredibly complex and therefore it results in a short game BUT it is very very short. Like a previous reviewer this should be 5 stars but feel prospective players should be aware of the game length . . . Worth the money . . . Yes . . Would definitely purchase a follow up. Well done to the developers.My complaint only results from the fact I was enjoying it too much for it to end!

This game is well worth £1.49 best hour I've spent completing it. Sad that there is not more games like this. Bit creepy playing in the dark with music on, but added to the mystery. Lots of game play and 3D effects. When is the next game out.

Really enjoyed this, far better than others of this genre. Challenging, but not totally bewildering, The Room is visually beautiful too. I recommend you try it!

Never normally get addicted to games but couldn't put this down. Loved the graphics and the whole setup of the puzzles. Very much worth the money & I can't wait for the next one.

Not run of the mill and no racing between locations, this uses deduction, observation and intuition and the hints keep you moving without skips or spoon feeding. This makes each success very satisfying. Very impressive, glad I tried it.
