Damaged packaging - why no option to give feedback about this?
The paper is still usable, but I'd like to know why the original packaging had been tampered with, and why it was re-wrapped in plastic before being sent out. But there doesn't seem to be an option to make this particular point to Amazon - only to return the item, which seems pointless as it is in fact usable. But why has this happened?

The paper is still usable, but I'd like to know why the original packaging had been tampered with, and why it was re-wrapped in plastic before being sent out. Paper is a natural product and absorbs water. When it does, it does not work very well (jams). Xerox (and likely other premium brands) wrap their paper in a coated outer to control the moisture content.
Amazon delivered this item with the wrapper damaged due to inappropriate packaging... See picture.
I could return it but suspect that the same packaging technique will be used for the replacement.
I'm keeping it but will unlikely buy paper from Amazon again...
I will wrap the unused paper in cling-film to manage moisture content.
