New puppy was finishing his meal of kibble in such a short time. My puppy trainer suggested either scatter feeding or one of this type of feeder. This has worked a treat. The Kibble Nibble is oval shaped and you just put the amount of food per meal inside it, screw it back together and give it to the puppy (or dog). This is the small version and suits my pup to bits. At each end of the Kibble Nibble is an opening with small rubbery spikes which don't allow the food to just drop out - I believe these spikes can be trimmed if the dried food you're feeding is larger in size. Puppy's meal times now last about 30 minutes and it's quite fun watching him work at getting the food out .... sometimes he pulls it backwards with his paws and other times pushes it forwards with his nose. In the space of 4 meals he's also figured out that a spinning action sometimes drops quite a few bits of food at once! Item arrived well packaged and within a couple of days.

This is great for when I'm going out and want to leave my dog with something to do. I just pop his kibble in and he loves chasing it around the floor to find his food.

This is a good toy for my cocker spaniel. It keeps him occupied and interested. Price was reasonable too. Love the colour.

I purchased this for my dog as he has a similar treat dispenser which he loves - I thought the shape of this one would add some extra fun. To start with I was really pleased and he loved the toy but within 30 minutes he somehow got his teeth trapped in the round hole which lets the biscuits out. He freed himself and carried on playing and then done it again - this time I had to help get the ball off him and he became very distressed. So now the ball has been put away, it will go into the recycling bin this week. If you do plan to buy this for your dog I would say do so with absolute caution and do not leave your dog alone with it for any period of time as it could end up injured.

Filled the ball with some dried dog food and gave to a Labrador to have while he was kennelled came back later to find ball had come apart! Tried a different dog next day and same thing happened so gone back to filling a kong for dogs.

Has kept my puppies occupied , glad I bought it .its a bit noisy when crashing and banging into things but its worth it .
