Then I realised I had made the silly mistake of not checking the sizing correctly. This will NOT fit and iPad Air 2. It’s much bigger. I contacted the seller who got back to me very quickly stating that yes I had ordered the wrong size and yes they would exchange for the right size, but not the postage obviously. But the postage to return was nearly as much as the cover. So not really worth it. Will just have to find someone who has the larger size iPad. So wish this seller had more sizing information on the post as I would order again but can’t see how to change the sizing for iPad air2

Excellent case for the ipad. It looks good and is well made. The rotating feature is very useful especially as the Apple charging lead is so short. It means you can rotate the ipad so that the charging side is near to the socket and charge while still using the ipad. With the old style case, it was frustrating when the charging lead would just not reach the ipad - now rotate the ipad the other way and use the lead. It's also nice that it lets the Apple logo show. Both my daughter and I have cases and because they're so reasonable in price, we both have them in different colours! Wouldn't consider a different style case now.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this as it was really cheap. I didn't expect much from it to be honest but took a gamble and and it paid off. The colour is as vibrant as the picture, it fits my iPad perfectly, the iPad stays upright when placed in the grooves and it's not in the least bit flimsy. The only thing I don't think will last all that long is the elastic that you put round it when it's closed (this is pure speculation). It's a bit thin but I can live with that.

I have a collection of older Apple devices, and the case I had for my 2012 iPad 2 was disintegrating. I found this one for only £3, so it was probably a stock clearance.

It’s a little rough around the edges with some of the cutouts, but the faux leather feels quite nice and the soft interior is very nice.

It has 3 cutouts so you can stand your iPad, and a strap to secure the screen cover. It also has a small magnet in it to lock the iPad when the cover is closed.

Overall if you need a case for an old iPad you can’t beat the value of this one.
