VeriFace
The Lenovo IdeaPad Z580 also comes with VeriFace technology which is a fun and secure way to log into your PC. For the VeriFace technology your face is your password and if you have more than one user for your laptop then the software supports multiple users. The software also allows you to:
- Check who has tried to log into your computer
- Encrypt and decrypt sensitive files, using your face as the password
- Stop unauthorised users from using a photo of the owner to log in
Veriface checks head movement and other characteristics to determine if a real person or a photo is being used to log in. Users can enable/ disable the live detection or set the sensitivity level according to their preference.
OneKey Rescue System
You can rest at ease knowing OneKey Rescue System is there to simplify data backup and recovery, allowing you to focus on using your computer instead of worrying about its maintenance. Lenovo Energy Management 7.0
With Lenovo Energy Management 7.0, users are able to run their machine in a variety of different modes, depending on their needs.
