What kind of vehicles can roof racks be mounted on?

A complete roof rack system consists of 2 cross struts and 4 feet. Every car model has an individual roof shape. This is why there are various different racks to fit all roof types. The most common basis types are vehicles with: a normal roof, roof rails, fixing points and integrated roof rails. Some vehicles have a roof that is equipped with a T-nut profile or a rain gutter. For vehicles with a normal roof, fixing points or integrated roof rails, you will need a vehicle-specific kit.
