FREE Release Day Delivery for Eligible Video Games Products: Promotion Terms and Conditions

From July 30, 2013, when you pre-order any product (including games, consoles and accessories) listed in the Amazon.co.uk ‘PC & Video Games’ store you can get FREE Release Day Delivery (the “Offer”). The Offer ends at 23:59 on December 31, 2013.

1. Add any product (including games, consoles and accessories) listed in the Amazon.co.uk ‘PC & Video Games’ store that is available for pre-order (“Eligible Product”) to your shopping basket by clicking the “Add to Basket” button and then click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

2. You’ll see "Get it on its release day" in green next to the available delivery methods. You must select the “First Class” delivery option to get FREE Release Day Delivery. The Offer will be applied automatically to your order.

3. Verify your payment method and complete your order.

Please note:

- Eligible Products pre-ordered up until 23:59 on December 31, 2013 but not released until after the Offer has ended remain eligible for FREE Release Day Delivery.

- If the First Class delivery option is no longer available, your order won’t be eligible for FREE Release Day Delivery. However, if you still wish to receive the Eligible Product on its release day, you’ll be charged for delivery in accordance with the delivery option available and selected by you.

- Please ensure that your order contains only the Eligible Product. If you have other items in your basket, we recommend you place separate orders for these.

- Payment for your pre-order is taken when your item is dispatched to you. If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, please ensure that the expiry date of your payment card is after the release day.

FREE Release Day Delivery Terms and Conditions

The following restrictions apply to FREE Release Day Delivery:

1. FREE Release Day Delivery is available for any product (including games, consoles and accessories) listed in the Amazon.co.uk ‘PC & Video Games’ store that is available for pre-order between July 30, 2013 and 23:59 GMT on December 31, 2013 (“Eligible Product”).

2. FREE Release Day Delivery is only available for delivery to UK postcodes when the First Class delivery option is available and selected at checkout.

3. You must select First Class delivery no later than four days before the relevant release day to get FREE Release Day Delivery.

4. The Offer only applies to Eligible Products sold by Amazon that are purchased and dispatched from Amazon.co.uk at the website www.amazon.co.uk. It does not apply to purchases made from third-party sellers at Amazon.co.uk’s Marketplace platform or at any of Amazon.co.uk's Trusted Partner sites, or from Amazon.com, Amazon.br, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it, Amazon.es, Amazon.co.jp, Amazon.cn or Amazon.ca.

5. The Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without notice by Amazon.co.uk. The Offer has no cash alternative.
