What is Amazon Marketplace?

Amazon.co.uk Marketplace provides a venue for you to buy and sell new, used, collectable and refurbished items. Marketplace isn't an auction - Sellers set the price of each item they list.

To read information about finding and identifying items for sale by Sellers please see How To Find a Marketplace Item. To place an order just click the "Add to basket" button and complete your order as you normally would at Amazon.co.uk.

You needn't worry about sending payment to someone you've never met before, payment is made safely and securely via Amazon.co.uk Marketplace. After you've completed the order, we e-mail the Seller the payment notification and your delivery address. Within two days, they post the item directly to you. Your payment details are secure and we never share your card number with anyone.

I need an invoice for an order from a Seller. How do I get one?

The purchase confirmation e-mail sent by Amazon.co.uk can serve as a record of your purchase - please feel free to print a copy of this for your records. If you need a VAT invoice, you'll need to contact the Seller directly to ask for one, unless the item was Fulfilled by Amazon, in which case you should contact us by clicking the "Contact Us" button on the right of this page.
