Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings, help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

They could also have done with using addressing a few other figure-faults as well. What are you supposed to do if you have a long waist, wide shoulders or long legs. A lot of people might think long legs are great, but when you're on a long-haul economy class flight, or trying to buy trousers they're a real liability.
There is a list of places to buy clothes at the end of each chapter. However, they could have been a little more specific about the retailers they list. It says to buy a jacket at Topshop, but which jacket? Are they referring to one of the ones they have illustrated in the book? And if so, which one? I thought this section was a waste of space.
...It took me about half an hour to get through the whole book, and I doubt I'll ever use it again. But if you really have trouble finding the right clothes for you and fit the figure-types listed in the book, you might find it a good place to get started.
I wish this was a free book attached to previous Volumes.I wish this was a Standard doled out to Women needing sartorial salvation. At it is it is another reason to make money at the Viewers expense.
I have great respect for Trinny and Suzzana and watch their programmes religiously, I have all their books. I love the way they take so called ordinary faulty flawed but beautiful 'real' women and bring out their sartorial potentiality. As a result I could preach the Gospel of T&S; with confidence. But this is just a money spinner instead of a way to put T&S; advice into much needed compact form.
Secondly, they don't seem to understand that most of us have several "problem" areas, not just ONE. In that respect, the book is not helpful what so ever. To give an example. I can't boast anything but a cup size 70A/32A. They say that I therefor must only wear shirts and tops without sleeves. This is in chapter two. Then in chapter three, talking about not too skinny arms, I am absolutely supposed to have sleeves on all my outfits!
Then if you have a timeglass figure, like I do, they tell you to never end anything above your behind (but they use the foul word of course). Well, Clinton and Stacey in the US TV-program "What not to wear" say the total opposite. Show off your timeglass figure, make sure you end things above your bottom so that attention is paid to your waist instead!
It gets worse, these to women say that a short person like myself must wear long coats, dresses, and flared legs to look taller while Stacy and Clinton say that a short person must not wear things below the knee, to show that one does have legs! Even if they are short! On the pictures in this book, the short women look like Christmas trees without legs!
After 8 pregnancies, my tummy is not as flat as it used to be, and now they suddenly tell me that I must wear short jackets and things that end at the waist, because of it. When my bottom required long things to hide IT!
I must say that this book made me feel like an alien, a monster, that there is something wrong with my body. I might add that I am a petite, 5'3", woman that wears British size 8 or xs on top and size small on the lower regions. In other words, we are not talking big here, BUT this book made me feel like a big, fat, elephant that ought to go and hide in a closet somewhere since there is nothing suitable for my obviously weird looking body! I am throwing my book away and am glad I bought it used for only a penny! It's not even worth that penny though or the shipping that after all was four pounds!
Susannah has a belief in the miracle of the wrap dress that is almost evangelical. This is the most time complicated item to wear! The drape needs constant twitching and redjustment pulling and hitching in.
The notes on the neck were interesting. But why stop there? What if you have big toes or fingers like chipolata pork sausages??
The directory of brands under columns centred on price-little guilt etc, were a bit of a downer.(and often strangely off in today's prices-whistles, for example is quite an expensive brand..
In my day we called it investment dressing..
