You think with it syaing on the dvd about 10minute workout that they would be effective workouts, but they are not.
They are awful, and the woman is really american and annoying. I love exercise dvds, I'm a true Davina fan and this is no comparison to it
The band isn't even good, it keeps rolling down and pinchs the skin, Ive used better exercise bands then this.
Stick with Davina or even try jillian michaels 30 day shred as they are 3 20min worksout which work and builid up a sweat unlike this! Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred [DVD] [2007]

Like most of the other reviewers Im a davina girl at heart, but after watching Jillian on The Biggest Loser USA and I loved her and as soon as I knew she did a dvd I had to own it.
The dvd is stuck in three sections.....Ive only done the first two but love them, they only last 20mins and to be honest you oculdn't do anymore after it. Theres no pausing or stopping its giving your body awake up call.
It is one of the best dvds around and one good thing about it it doesn't need much floor space.
Jillina is very encouraging and when you want to stop you do feel like you want to go on

this is great if your off for a journey in the car and what to entertain little ones, theres different entertain songs that are put on by all teh gang and therefore will keep your chirldren entertained and you may also hear them joining into some of the songs. Be warned some songs are the same, but at only 50mins long you can put up with it to see the smile on your childs face!

If you love Torchwood you'l love this, its ideal to put on your mp3 play and listen where ever you are. The story is gripping and the characters get you involved into the story. If you're a fan of torchwood or dr who your'l love thsi. an ideal gift for any fans!!

i previously read i heart new york and loved it!! so when i saw that there was a sequel out i couldn't wait to pick it up and read it. its amazing even if you haven't read i heart new york you get enough background knowledge of the characters. this is an easy read that will get you gripped you'l fall in love with the characters and with hollywood. A must to cheer up the autumn day.

Its a great easy ready by the pool, its a bit slow at the start, but after hte first 50 pages you get into it after meeting the main lead that is Brooke! The opening gives you a glimince at what happens in teh story and what way Brooke (lead character, cheesy pop star turned bad). The stories good that you get to read it through the eyes of Jackie the makeup artist. The book is quirky and becomes a page turned towarts the middle to the end.
I would recommend this book if you love the books by Katie Price seem on teh same lines as its easy to read and gives you a sight in to the lifes of the rich and famous.

Paige Toon is an excellent author, if you haven't read either the other books or have then read this. Its excellent, an easy summer read. The main character Daisy is lovelble and you really feel for her throughtout. This book also gives you an insight into the world of formula 1 racing!
It is a great book that has a romance, comedy and some serious moments and is a must for any summer holiday!

I throughly enjoyed this book, and think it could be the best (or a close second to crystal). After angel uncovered not being as good as the first two i was a bit apprehensive of this, but after the first chapter i was gripped. I managed to read it in less than two days, by the last 100 pages I couldnt stop and had to read it till the end (was upset when it finished).
I don't agree with other reviews of not getting to know the characters, i could picture and understand Sapphire, I loved the twists and turbs. There were loads of twists and the last few chapters the drama really kicks off. I love the fact that characters from previous books turn up in the book and this then links the books together.

I think this is a great summer, easy read and will be great for any holiday at home or away. Get it!! Its amazing!! Well done Katie (and her ghost writer)

This is one of the best books I've read! I couldn't put it down either like all the other reviews have read...it had the best mix of sex, drugs and love. There needs to be a sequel please I really felt like i couldn't stop reading it...i was upset (which sounds sad) when it had finished I would love to see a sequel SOON AS WELL PLEASE JORDEN!!
