As a massive fan of the unit from series 1, I was eagerly anticipating series 4 and was not dissapointed... Sure there are a few changes, Hector dying, a WOMAN in the Unit (albeit in a support role) and the shocking end to the programme. However this programme is still my all time favourite programme... sadly the series has been cut now and there will never be anymore of the Unit on our screens anytime soon, so seriously buy this series and you wont be dissapointed, all the loose ends are tied up and there are a few twists in the tale along the way making this series an impressive culmination to the best and most action packed military series ever seen on television.

I simply wish they would make more, this is worth buying people...

I really hope that there will be a rivival of this great series. It entertained us from the very first episode of season one right through to the last episode of this season. I can only recommend you to buy this very exciting and realistic series if you like military/covert material. I do not keep much of the TV-Stuff that I buy, but never even thought of giving this away again. I still watch the odd episode again here and there. If there were 10 more seasons out, Id buy them all !

This is the final series of The Unit, which has now, sadly, been dropped by its' US producers. Exciting story lines, coupled with the problems of the wives and girlfriend 'back home' made this a really enjoyable programme, and series four does not disappoint. All the plot lines move inexorably to the final episode, and are more or less neatly closed off, but leaving plenty of developments that could support another series. Yeah this is fantastic and next to the West wing , X files is drama at it`s best .The final season made up for the third season , where I don`t understand why they had to enlist that Eastenders /voice for Gaz and Ghost , London Degradation in it ! This season has a new member to the unit and a massive conspiracy threatening the world to foil .Grey gets his chick to and lucky for Jonas , his chick leaves him .All GREAT ! I will re buy this as I gave my copy away as a present to my Aikido coach .

We loved all 4 seasons of this series. Had heard some folks say they didn't like the family stuff, but I totally disagree - just think,
if these guys were going on the very stressful missions they were on, the family life would be very important to them. Also, some of the family stuff and how the women were treated by the American Military, was topical and interesting to find out.

The whole series kept us interested and a lot of the time, on the edge of our seats.
