Keep the garden and outside spaces clear of leaves this autumn with GMC’s powerful Blower Vacuum. Boasting a 2400W motor, this Vac Blower provides more than enough power for blowing away and cleaning up leaves quickly and effortlessly in the garden or on the allotment. A quick mode select dial switches modes from vacuum to blower whilst the large, 35 litre collection bag keeps stopping and starting to empty out leaves to a minimum.
Tilting handle
One of the most useful features of GMC’s Blower Vacuum is the adjustable handle which allows access into low lying areas. So there’s no need to stop working in order to sweep leaves out into the open – just tilt the handle and carry on.
Simple to use
Using the Blower Vac is easy – blow debris away by moving the blower forward over the ground in sweeping motions, and vacuum by moving the unit over the area you wish to clear.
Emptying the collection bag is easy too as it simply clips and unclips onto the unit. Two Velcro fasteners at the top of the bag allow it to be turned inside out in the case of debris that sticks to the inside.
Easy to manoeuvre
At only 8kg in weight, and with a 10 metre cable, and large wheels, GMC’s Blower Vacuum is easy to manoeuvre over most surfaces.

When it comes to horse chestnut or oak tree leaves it just packs up and constantly needs manual unblocking. In fact I spent half the time using my hands to force-feed the leaves into the sucker!! And with wet leaves it does nothing at all! And to make matters worse, there are no instructions on how to open the blowing/sucking channel to relive a blockage! Indeed a very bad design in this respect since its is vital with these instruments to be able to easily access the shredding spindle to clear it when jammed.
After-sales service is hopeless. I emailed them twice at their website to ask for a replacement bag but got no where after 8 weeks!

This item was delivered in good time but the plug, attached to the electrical lead, was non UK. Dispite several requests to Amazon the problem was not resolved and I ended up having to return the item, it not being suitable for the UK market.
This was a shame really in that the item had potential but as I understand the law all electrical items, sold in the UK, must have the UK three point plug attahced.

Absolutely excellent piece of garden equipment, push along, ideal for domestic driveways and other areas of paving or patios, well made, robust bag. Mulchers mass of leaves to very little! Needs longer cable, 10m is to short, also tardy deliery. Well worth the cost and equal to the conventional handheld blower/vacs!

Its one of those of those annoying products that with just a tiny bit more thought could be oh so much better. Its not actually bad it does what it says on the tin. But its such a pity it does not have for example a broad handle like a lawn mower, then you could then use two hands to push it. It has a pistol grip forcing you to use one hand and then the other it is fairly heavy so have have to keep changing. And a continiously on switch would be great the on switch is not exactly hair trigger and even if you don't have arthritic hands then they start to ache after a while. Bigger front wheels would be better. it balks at every tiny dip in our drive. The suck/blow switch could be on the handle the you would not have to stop stoop turn it on and stand up just to blast some stubborn leaves out the way. I certainly regret buying it but there does not seem to be anything much better on the market.

Having read the other reviews on this product I was a little hesitant but I have been after a small, lightweight vacuum for my garden for a while, so I took the plunge. My property is surrounded by Pine trees which drop needles and this little machine cleans them up, no problem. I would imagine for larger/wet leaves it may not be up to the job but for my purposes it is perfect. I have only used this on hard surfaces (i.e not grass)and I don't think I would (I have a bigger beast for that)! For a fairly cheap, easy to operate, push along, Vacuum/Blower I am pleased.

I had this delivered to Spain (free delivery!!) to keep my patios and paths clean, as I have had all my lawns replaced with hard landscaping & raised flower beds. It is absolutely brilliant at clearing paths & patios of leaf/flower litter, as it is stable when you push it around, and it has a powerful 2400W suction. The blower function is useful when cobwebs in corners have clumps of litter clinging to them & them having loosened it with the blower, you suck them up. Other than this I have found no other use for the 'blower' function. When not in use, the handle folds down and the unit is very compact for storage.
The main drawback is that like an old-fashioned upright carpet vacuum cleaner, there is no option to use hand attachments. This would be useful to suck up flower debris ( mainly spent bougainvillea blossoms in my case) from flower beds. But at this price I am not complaining and I will just have to use a traditional 'carried' garden vacuum for this task. Maybe the manufacturers could consider a redesign to incorporate hand attachments. If so, I would be first to buy one! Another drawback is that the unit is too high to push under my stone benches, so I have to use a broom to sweep any debris to the vacuum. Again, a problem that would be solved by hand attachments.
Overall, a very good product for hard surfaces, and I have awarded 5 stars.

Initially functioned well on the paths and patio. Hence one star. Poor pick-up on lawns. Suction eventually failed. Very disappointing as the machine showed such promise at first on the paths. The vacuum/blower switch was difficult to turn anticlockwise and thus use in blower mode

This leaf vacuum works brilliant in dry conditions, very easy to use and empty.
In the damp and wet it clogs and needs clearing when blocked but is still superier to
at least six others I have used over the years, as a disabled O.A.P. I find this machine
very user friendly.

Does exactly what it says.
