I had a bit of difficulty with this one, as I ordered shampoo and received handwash. The replacement was exactly the same, and probably because of the low cost, Amazon just let it drop. I followed through by looking on Absolute Aroma's website, and discovered the item was a gel for all seasons. It's a bit thin for my liking, but the price is good, and it's a natural product, so I'm happy.
