These breakfast biscuits are truly filling. I don't just eat them for breakfast, in fact, if I know I am going to be out lunch time then I take a small pack of these with me. They are full of fibre and very very filling.
I've not tasted anything quite like them. The fruit ones are my favourite ones. I also have been knows the have them for a light supper before going to bed. Topped with a nice light triangle cheese on them, you can have them as a sweet or savoury.

These biscuits taste good and are relatively high in fibre and protein. I'm having major dental work done and can't chew food - these biscuits are not a problem as they melt in the mouth. They're filling and go well with drinks, both fruit juice and tea.
