I use these for marking children's work. Fine 0.5 or 0.7 means you can write above words, in the margin. Ideal pens, never seem to leak, dont give up the ghost if you leave the top off...come in a variety of colours (my favourite is the green!!) once you've used them, you won't go back to using anything comparative. I buy in boxes of 12..much cheaper than individually, but also because I seem to loose a lot to colleagues. Hmm.

I've been using these pens now for a good 8 years. And have, and continue, to serve me well though my educational career. As a teenager I struggled to find a reliable pen that allowed me to write naturally. As a left handed writer, I found other pens smudged as the ink didn't dry fast enough. Biros caused problems too, as the resistance of the pen on the paper meant writing for long periods of time caused my hands to cramp. The Pilot Needlepoint is excellent in both of these aspects. The ink is quick drying, and leaves the tip of the pen in an effortless and consistant mannor. I personally use the V5 version, but this is largely down to personal taste. Occasionally, when writing mathmatical formule I switch to the V7 to allow for smaller writing.

Very high quality writing implement. It doesn't leak - unless you put it though the wash, something I've done many times! And they never seem to run out - or I always lose them before that.

well priced box of 12 arrived on time and in new condition. I know the oen was intended for graphics work, but I like these pens because they write really smooth, the ink it a nice deep black, and the ink dries really quickly so it doesn't smudge. They also seem to last ages with or without lids on!

Having used many pens throughout my years, I have found these to be the best.

These are my favourite pens! I love them to bits. I have been using these pens for years now, and nothing else will do! They are perfect for writing with, the ink just flows out perfectly, never seem to leak or dry up when you leave the top off. No fuss, no hassle, just perfection. Just bought some more for my book signings. As an author, I think I should really be sponsored by these pens. ~B

I got sick of using Biros when my hand got stiff writing so much. I tried buying gel ink pens but they only lasted a week and at �3 each or so, it was quite a costly step up from 10p Biros. I found some rather scratchy but cheap gel ink pens in Poundland but these barely lasted a few days!

These pens last me at least two months of consistent use*, definitely cheaper per page written than the any comparable alternatives. I was initially a bit dubious about buying these but they have exceeded every expectation in comfort, value and reliability. Six months later and two have run out, two have got lost (or permanently borrowed) and two I've given to other friends complaining of stiff writing hands. I'll definitely be buying these again -- some time next year by the looks of it.

Reliability-wise, no leakages in the slightest. I carry one in my pocket at all times and nothing I can do damages it. It doesn't have a comfort-grip but it glides so smoothly this is irrelevant. Just to affirm this pen once again, I cannot imagine any possible improvements to this pen nor imagine myself using any other from now.

* probably handwriting 5 pages per day. Writing style is very personal, I personally like these pens.

I use this product all the time and it has never ever failed me, and asthetically looks a level apart from the competition. A great writing instrument, at a stunningly great value price - I liked it so much I bought 12!

These are the best liquid ink disposable pens I have used. Comfortable grip, a fine, precise point, they make even the worst handwriting stylish.

I've been using these great pens for years and love them dearly. The only caveat is that they have a tendency to leak if you take them on aeroplanes - and occasionally the ink doesn't flow as freely as it should. Despite this, I have no plans to take my writing elsewhere and remain loyal to their use.
