General Questions
I would like to contact my local Richmond representative: where can I find local office details?
Please go to the Contact Us section of our website to find your local country contact details. If your country is not listed, please email info@richmondelt.com and we will put you in touch with the correct person.
How can I order a copy of your catalogue?
Our international catalogue is available online on this website but we would be happy to post you a printed copy if you prefer. Please just email your full name and address to info@richmondelt.com
How can I request an inspection copy?
Please contact your local country representative. Alternatively you can email us your full name and address, details of your teaching situation and the name of the title you are interested in seeing.
Can I request any title for inspection?
Unfortunately we are unable to send out inspection copies of all of our materials. Teacher resource materials and supplementaries are not usually available but we will let you know if we are unable to send the materials you have requested.
I would like to find out more about Santillana's other publications. Who should I contact?
The links at the bottom of each page on this website will take you through to the main Santillana Educación, Santillana Français and Santillana Español websites. If you require an actual contact name, please email info@richmondelt.com with details of the nature of your enquiry and we will try and put you in touch with the most appropriate person.

I would like to adopt a Richmond course book. Where can I buy it from and how much will it cost?
Richmond titles should be available from all good bookshops but a full list of our main distributors is available on the Contact Us page on this site. Your local distributor will also be able to advise you on price and whether or not any discount is available for your institution.
How can I get hold of a copy of your pricelist?
Your local Richmond distributor will be able to provide you with your local prices for Richmond titles.
Can I buy the books directly from you?
We prefer to use our local partners so please contact them in the first instance. However do get in touch if you are unable to find our books anywhere near to you and we will be happy to help.
Are your books available for sale on line?
Yes, you should be able to purchase Richmond titles from all of the major online book retailers
Are your books available to download as ebooks?
Not just yet but they will be shortly.

Rights and Permissions
Am I allowed to photocopy any part of your books?
You are allowed to copy pages that are clearly marked with the word Photocopiable at the bottom of the page. The copying of other pages however is not allowed and you should contact us at info@richmondelt.com if you would like to purchase a license to copy more material.
I am interested in creating a local version of one of your books. How can I get permission to do this?
Please email full details of your proposal to info@richmondelt.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Can I include content from Richmond materials on my website?
Only with our permission so please email details of the content you would like to use and the intended URL to info@richmondelt.com and we will get back to you.
Technical
The CD-ROM/DVD-ROM that I have does not work. Can I get a replacement?
Of course. Please post your faulty copy and details of the actual fault back to Customer Services, Richmond, 58 St. Aldates, Oxford, OX1 1ST and we will be happy to send out a replacement free of charge. Please don´t forget to include your postal address though.
Working for Richmond
I am interested in working for Richmond. Is there anywhere that I can browse current vacancies?
Unfortunately not. We currently do not advertise vacancies on our website but instead use local newspapers, trade magazines and websites so please keep your eye on these.
Is it possible to do work experience with Richmond?
We do sometimes offer work experience placements so please email your details to info@richmondelt.com, stating clearly which area of the business you are interested in and we will get back to you if we have an appropriate vacancy.
How can I become a freelance editor, proofreader or designer for Richmond?
