1) Syrian opposition and armed groups backed by the US, France, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar will use the initiative to make peace with the government.
2) Syrian opposition and armed groups backed by the US, France, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar will ultimately reject the initiative and launch a war with the government.
3) There will be rifts among them as the Syrian opposition and armed groups as well as the US and its allies will fail to agree on how to do deal with the initiative.
