• What is EA SPORTS Season Ticket?

  EA SPORTS Season Ticket is an all-new program that offers subscribers full digital access to five EA SPORTS games three days before launch, 20% discount on downloadable content, free premium web content and membership recognition displayed in-game and online. EA SPORTS Season Ticket has a one-time cost of $24.99 or 2000 MS Points for 12 months. EA SPORTS Season Ticket creates a better gaming experience for our consumers and benefits the EA SPORTS fan who wants to play early, play more and play better.

• I've bought my EA SPORTS Season Ticket. Now, how do I get my hands on my Early Release version?

  If you have an Xbox 360, you must manually trigger the Early Release download from within the EA SPORTS App.

  If you have a PS3, you must manually trigger the Early Release download from either of the following locations:
  Playstation® Store » Games » Publishers » EA SPORTS » 'game title', or
  Playstation® Store » View All By Title » 'letter of the game title'.

• With Early Release, do I have all of the functionality I have with the retail game?

  Yes. The Early Release of each game will offer full functionality - including online play - with the exception of purchasing additional downloadable content and the Ultimate Team online game mode.

• I'm curious what PDLC is. What does that 20% discount get me in NHL 12?

  PDLC refers to Paid Downloadable Content, which enhances your gaming experience. In NHL 12, you get a discount on all Boost Packs and Ultimate Team card packs purchased with real money. That's an unlimited discount, meaning the more packs you buy the more you save and, more importantly, the greater chance you have at creating your Ultimate NHL 12 team! The type of PDLC varies across the participating EA SPORTS titles but the 20% discount is good on all participating titles. You'll always be getting more content with every dollar you spend. The 20% discount does not apply to DLC purchased with in-game achievement points such as Ultimate Team Card Packs purchased with Coins.

• What does the Premium Web Content benefit give me access to within FIFA 12 Creation Centre?

  You will receive free access to web content that other users will need to purchase as FIFA 12 Creation Center Packs via PDLC. So what are these packs?

  Tournaments Pack

  • Entitles you to upload custom images as logos for all the tournaments you create.
  • Entitles you to create up to five tournaments.
  • Entitles you to store up to five tournaments at the same time in your game. (Keep in mind that the numbers of teams in the tournaments counts towards the teams limit.)

  Career Mode Pack

  • Entitles you to use - and actually play with - downloaded Creation Centre teams in Career Mode by swapping teams during New Career setup.
  • Entitles you to use a downloaded Creation Centre tournament (league type only) in Career Mode by selecting the league during New Career setup.

  Teams Pack

  • Allows you to create an additional 50 teams.
  • Entitles you to store an additional 24 teams at the same time in your game.
  • Entitles you to upload custom images as team logos for all the teams you create.
  • Entitles you to upload custom images to stamp on the shirts for all the teams you create.

  Yet 10 More Pack

  • For those hungry for space for more teams, this pack entitles you to store an additional 10 teams at the same time in your game.

  Licensor Pack

  • Allows you to add Licensed Players (the players included in the FIFA 12 game) to the teams you create.
  • Entitles you to add Licensed Teams (the teams included in the FIFA 12 game) to the tournaments you create.
  • Entitles you to select Licensed Stadiums as the home grounds of the teams you create.
  • Licensed assets can only be added and are not editable.

• What free NHL 12 Ultimate Team cards packs will I receive?

  All EA SPORTS Season Ticket subscribers will receive 1 free unique NHL 12 Ultimate Team card pack each month until Feb 2012. This 6 month term is fixed and starts with the NHL 12 release in Sept and ends Feb 2012. This unique card pack will contain 10 cards (a standard pack contains 12 cards). The card pack must be claimed within the same month it is available. It does not carry over for claiming in future months.

  Additionally all EA SPORTS Season Ticket subscribers will receive 20 additional slots for their NHL 12 Ultimate Team card inventory. The normal NHL 12 Ultimate Team card inventory can hold 60 cards and EA SPORTS Season Ticket subscribers will be able to have an 80 card inventory.

• Do you have to pay separately to get Online Pass for Season Ticket games?

  A single use (Online Pass) serial code is included with the retail purchase of each EA SPORTS title, found on the insert included with the game, in the box. You must enable an online pass for each EA SPORTS title to access all EA SPORTS Season Ticket online benefits within that game, including the ability to purchase discounted downloadable content. • Can you earn achievements/trophies in the Early Release?

  Yes. Achievements/trophies you earn during Early Releases (while connected to EA Servers) will unlock once you purchase and log into the EA Servers with the retail version of the game. It's the perfect way to get a headstart on the competition.

• Can I use my EA SPORTS Season Ticket on PS3, even though I am buying the EA SPORTS Season Ticket on Xbox 360 originally, or vice-versa?

  Sadly, no. EA SPORTS Season Ticket applies only to the console you purchased it on and is not transferable between PS3 and Xbox360.

• I am an EA SPORTS Season Ticket subscriber. How do I claim my free NHL Hockey Ultimate Team card packs?

  As a Season Ticket subscriber, you'll receive one free NHL Hockey Ultimate Team card pack per month until February. You must manually select the packs in order to accept them. Please follow these instructions to redeem your free card packs:

  • 1. Boot NHL 12 on your Xbox360 or PS3 and advance to the main menu. On the main menu, select 'Hockey Ultimate Team' to enter the mode.

  • 2. If you have any free packs to claim, you will see the text 'CLAIM PACK' next to the mode name on the main menu. Select 'Hockey Ultimate Team' to advance to the mode. Create your team if you have not yet done so.

  • 3. Once in the mode, advance passed all the welcome screens and select 'Store'. In the Store you can scroll to the end of the packs to see the free card packs.

  • 4. Selecting these packs will show a cost of 0, as they are free to redeem for EA SPORTS Season Ticket subscribers.

  • 5. Enjoy your free NHL Hockey Ultimate Team card packs!
