Managing Your Account

"Your Account" is where you manage your account details and orders.

To access Your Account, click Your Account at the top right corner of any page. For security, we ask you to enter your e-mail address and password each time you sign in. In Your Account you can:

• cancel an order that has not yet entered the dispatch process
• update the expiry date on a credit card, delete a credit or debit card or change your address book and login details (e-mail address and password)
• see pending orders and check the status of your order in the dispatch process
• group several orders into one delivery, or split an order into separate deliveries
• find links to your Wish List and recommendations
