Finding Product Information

The Search Tips & Product Information Help page contains information about products available at Amazon.com, how to find additional product information, and the best way to search and browse for the products that interest you.

Session Validation During Ordering

When placing an order on Amazon.com, you may be asked to copy the text from a picture into a text entry box before completing your order (commonly referred to as a "captcha" screen). This extra task is one that only actual customers can perform accurately and helps prevent automated programs from accessing features on Amazon.com.

When you encounter this screen, simply enter the characters displayed to continue. If you make an error or can't read the characters on the first attempt, we'll give you another chance to try it again.

Shipping and Delivery Information

If you are interested in learning about shipping rates or when your order might be delivered, please visit our Shipping and Delivery Help section.

The easiest way to see exact shipping charges for an order is to put items in your cart, proceed to checkout, and view the order summary. You'll be able to adjust shipping options and see exact shipping charges. You can always cancel or return to your shopping without actually placing the order.

Orders to International Locations

Looking to ship an order to a non-U.S. destination? Please see our International Shipping Rates Help page. You may also want to consider shopping at Amazon Stores around the world.

Purchase Limits

We strive to provide customers with great prices, and sometimes that means we limit quantity to ensure that the majority of customers have an opportunity to order products that have very low prices or a limited supply. We may also adjust your quantity in checkout to reflect your recent purchases of a quantity-limited item.
