You can return multiple gift items from the same order. We'll issue you store credit in the form of an e-mail gift certificate/card. Don't worry--we won't tell the gift giver about your return!

How to find the order number:
  1. On your packing slip: (how to find this)
  2. From Customer Service: If you don't have the packing slip, you can contact customer service for the order number. Please provide the sender's name and e-mail address, and the phone number of the address where the gift was shipped.
