We offer you consistently low prices on every item in our store. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

You may be able to pay in either the local currency of your card or in USD. If your local currency is supported by Amazon Currency Converter, we'll show you the total amount of your order in your local currency on the order summary page so you won't have to guess about how much it will cost in your local currency. Pre-Order Price Guarantee

Amazon.com's price for not-yet-released items sometimes changes between the time the item is listed for sale and the time it is released and shipped. Whenever you pre-order a book, CD, video, DVD, video game, or software item, the price we charge when we ship it to you will be the lowest price offered by Amazon.com between the time you place your order and the release date. The order summary in Your Account will reflect the lowest price within 24 hours of the price change.

Our Pre-Order Price Guarantee applies only to items sold by Amazon.com, and not to items (or prices) offered by other sellers on our site.

If your order enters the shipping process before the release date and the price is lowered on the release date, we will automatically refund your credit card for the difference between the price you were charged and the release-date price. If you didn't use a credit card to pay for your order, please contact customer service through the Contact Us button on the right side of any Help page.

Post-Order Price Match Policy

With the exception of TVs, we do not offer post-order price matching when an item's price drops after you buy it. Our prices regularly change, and the price you paid when your order shipped was the lowest price we were able to offer at the time. We consistently offer competitive prices on everything we carry because we know low prices are very important to our customers.

Price Matching

With the exception of TVs, Amazon.com doesn't price-match with other retailers (including those who sell their items on our website). We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry.

In some cases our website offers lower prices via the used and new offerings available from Amazon Marketplace or Merchant sellers. For more information, see our Marketplace Help section.

TV Low Price Guarantee

We're working hard to make sure our prices are the best around. If you find a lower price on another qualifying website within 14 days after the date we ship your order, let us know and we'll credit your original payment method for the difference. If we lower our own price within 14 days after we ship your TV, let us know and we'll refund you the difference as well.

You can request a refund for the price difference through the "Found a lower price?" button on your Order Summary page in Your Account.

List Prices

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the List Price may be provided by the merchant.

Bulk Discounts

We don't offer additional discounts on large orders of a single title or on large orders of many individual titles. If you are purchasing items for a corporation or institution, click here to read more about our Corporate Accounts program.

The availability listings on our website are intended for single-copy orders. Orders for many copies of the same item may take longer to assemble. When you fill out our order form, you will see an estimated date of shipment displayed on the final page, just before you submit your order. Once your order has been placed, you will be able to see an estimated delivery date in Your Account.

Surcharges

Oversized and extremely heavy items will incur a special shipping surcharge. The surcharge varies depending on the size and weight of the item. This charge will be displayed in the Shipping & Handling subtotal of the order form.

Some items may incur a sourcing fee to cover the expense of selling these items; we regret that we must occasionally pass these costs along to our customers. The sourcing fee, if applicable, will be listed along with the item's price on the product detail page.

Confirming Prices

Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. This price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart doesn't reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.

Some discounts are limited-time offers. The discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability, Amazon.com's price will necessarily change on occasion.

With respect to items sold by Amazon.com, we can't confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

This policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Amazon.com. Sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.

We offer you consistently low prices on every item in our store. With the exception of Televisions, we do not price match with other retailers. We do not have bulk order discounts.
