Chat with us Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm AEST. Outside these times, choose from our other Ask Us! services.

How it works

Ask us your question and connect to the service. A librarian will chat with you, providing immediate research guidance, brief answers and recommended resources. They will 'push' recommended websites to your screen for you to view in real time. Sessions usually last 10-15 minutes. If you provide your email address you will receive a transcript of the session.
