EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Company Confidential Location San Francisco Bay Area, CA Position Type Full Time Experience 5+ years Education Bachelor's Degree Seeking an Executive Director who will administer & manage all aspects of a 65-bed memory care facility, provide vision & leadership in order to maintain the highest standards relating to the facility, food service, activities, housekeeping, staff interactions and most importantly, resident care. Additionally, the Executive Director will work within an approved budget to meet the financial goals of the company, provide guidance to the marketing staff, and assist in building positive relationships within the local community. Salary commensurate with experience. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree is required with a minimum of 5 years experience in senior living or health care and experience in general management with an understanding of financial concepts and proven ability to effectively manage a complex business with multiple employees.
