Primary focus will be day-to-day operations, achievement of long & short-term performance goals, patient relations, & driving a culture focused on high quality health care & service excellence. Works in conjunction with CEO to provide leadership, management & vision necessary to ensure SVCHC has the proper operational controls, administrative & reporting procedures, & people systems in place to effectively & efficiently grow the organization. Qualified candidates will have 5 yrs health care operational management experience. Must have a Master's or exper. equiv. in Health Administration or closely related field; excellent communication, team-building & organizational skills; knowledge of HR management & computer skills with medical management experience.
