Kanye West's unfinished 'Monster' video leaks online

Hackers have targeted Kanye West once again -- the unfinished music video for his new track "Monsters" has leaked online.

A gory five-minute video, which features Jay-Z, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, hit the Internet on Thursday, shocking viewers with graphic images of zombies feasting on flesh, as West raps about being "the best living or dead, hands down." Watch the video (Warning: Explicit language.)

In one segment Jay-Z appears rapping in front of a dead naked woman draped face down on a leather couch, while West later stands in another holding a woman's severed head. A scantily clad Minaj interrogates her alter ego, who is strapped to an executioner's chair, in another clip.

The fuller version is similar to the first graphic glimpses seen last month, when a preview of the video leaked without West's permission.

An official release date for the "Monster" music video has not been announced and West had not issued comment on the leak at press time.

He was left fuming earlier this year when several of his unreleased songs, including all-star track "All Of The Lights," featuring vocals from Rihanna, Alicia Keys and Sir Elton John, were leaked ahead of schedule.

Ashton Kutcher wins battle with porn bosses

Ashton Kutcher has scored a victory in his tussle with a porn company -- the firm has agreed to remove his name from promotional material for a sex tape.

The actor threatened to sue after Vivid Entertainment bosses named him in a press release for their forthcoming adult video featuring Brittney Jones, who claims to have bedded Kutcher.

The press release declared: "Ashton's fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced."

The firm's boss Steve Hirsch initially dismissed the actor's complaint as "without merit" but after a number of legal exchanges, Kutcher has been distanced from the controversy.

A Vivid representative tells TMZ.com, "We decided not to use the A-lister's actual name in connection with the sex tape."

Michelle Williams defends 'Blue Valentine' sex scene

Michelle Williams has defended a controversial sex scene in her movie "Blue Valentine," insisting she is "proud" to have filmed the risque moment.

The actress plays Ryan Gosling's lover in the drama, which was initially stamped with a restrictive NC-17 rating because of a graphic oral sex scene between the two stars.

Williams admits she was baffled by the decision, since she is adamant there was nothing "scandalous" about the shoot.

She tells Reuters, "When we shot that scene, both Ryan and (director) Derek (Cianfrance) said to me, 'If this bothers you when you see it in the movie, we'll take it out.'

"I thought, 'I've never seen that before in a movie and I'm proud to be the first. Good on us for making that happen.' As the woman in the situation that was in question, I found absolutely nothing scandalous, tawdry or disgusting about it."

Film censors at the Motion Picture Association of America's Classification and Rating Administration agreed to release the movie with an R rating after studio bosses challenged their original decision.

Paris Hilton's extension lawsuit gets even hairier

Paris Hilton is still tangled in her fight with a hair extensions company -- firm bosses have amended their lawsuit to accuse the heiress of costing them a staggering $70 million.

Executives at Hairtech International Inc. originally sued Hilton for $35 million in August over claims she reneged on her endorsement deal to promote their Dream Catchers range in 2007 by wearing a competitor's extensions.

They also claimed she failed to attend a 2007 launch party after she was jailed for driving on a suspended license while on probation for drunk driving.

But now Hairtech heads are stepping up their battle with Hilton by doubling the sum they maintain she cost them in profits, according to a revised legal filing obtained by TMZ.com.

Earlier this month, a judge dismissed a number of Hairtech bosses' complaints, throwing out an allegation of fraud. Lawyers were also told to remove any reference to Hilton wearing a rival's products.

"It was the best decision in my whole life. Now I go home at 1 a.m. instead of 4 a.m. -- not that they would notice."

Chris Brown apologizes for Raz-B attack

Chris Brown has moved to end his war of words with former B2K star Raz-B by publicly apologizing for reacting badly to the singer's Twitter.com attack.

Brown came under fire for making homophobic comments in his angry response to Raz-B, who took aim at the Kiss Kiss singer over the way he treated ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

Brown and Rihanna split in February 2009 after he beat her up during a fight on the eve of the Grammy Awards.

The R&B; star has since pleaded guilty to the brutal attack and is still serving community service for the abuse.

And Brown admits he used poor judgment when he took to his Twitter.com account to blast Raz-B on Wednesday.

He tells TMZ.com he's sorry for making crass sexual references that many say were homophobic.

He says, "Yesterday was an unfortunate lack in judgment sparked by public Twitter attacks from Raz B, who was bent on getting attention. Words cannot begin to express how sorry and frustrated I am over what transpired publicly on Twitter.

"I have learned over the past few years to not condone or represent acts of violence against anyone. Molestation and victims of such acts are not to be taken lightly; and for my comments I apologize -- from the bottom of my heart.

"I love all of my fans, gay and straight. I have friends from all walks of life and I am committed, with God's help, to continue becoming a better person."

Brown made offensive comments about Raz-B's past -- linked to the singer's claims he was the victim of sexual assault during his time in B2K. The "Kiss Kiss" singer wrote, "Tell me this. ... Why when the money was coming in u won't complaining (sic) about getting bu**plugged!"
