Dave Stockdale
Dave Stockdale is Executive Director of CUESA (Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture), the nonprofit organization which operates the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market in downtown San Francisco. CUESA also produces a variety of educational activities, including weekly farmer interviews and cooking demonstrations, farm tours, lectures, and internet resources. Dave earned his B.S. in Agriculture from Purdue University and his M.S. in Biology from U. of Houston. He has previously worked as a botanical garden director and educator, Agriculture Extension farm advisor, landscape nursery manager, horticultural therapist. He enjoys gardening, travel, and hiking in the forest or walking around the city. He works as a volunteer on international eye care missions and at local museums.
