James Ream, right, of Wisconsin, rushes to pick up a rubber ball as teammates and opponents begins to play a game of dodgeball at Dolores Park in the Mission District. Once an area inhabited by American Indians, Dolores Park have since seen various uses from being a cemetery in the 19th century, to refugee camps for the victims of the 1906 earthquakes, to what it current today as a leisure park coupled with playgrounds and tennis courts.
