Sandra Bullock's rep shoots down adoption rumors

Sandra Bullock's representative has dismissed reports the actress is planning to adopt a little girl.

The Oscar-winner revealed in April she and now ex-husband Jesse James had secretly adopted a baby boy in January.

Bullock subsequently split from the TV star when his infidelities were revealed in the press and she now cares for little Louis on her own.

Reports over the summer suggested the 46 year old was preparing to adopt a second child to give the tot a younger sibling, but the rumors were shot down by Bullock's rep.

Stories about a possible second adoption have refused to go away and re-emerged this week following the publication of an article in Star magazine, which suggested the actress is making plans to take in a baby girl.

But "The Blind Side" star's spokesperson has moved quickly to dismiss the reports, telling GossipCop.com the story is "completely false."

Jesse James' ex calls Sandra Bullock to court in latest custody fight

Jesse James' ex-wife is calling Sandra Bullock to court in her latest battle to win more visitation with her daughter, Sunny.

Porn star Janine Lindemulder's lawyer plans to call the Oscar winner as a witness to a hearing in the custody case on October 21.

Richard Masson tells Life & Style magazine the hearing will address issues relating to the financial and physical care of Sunny, and his client feels sure that Bullock can help her win the latest round in her battle against James.

Lindermulder tells the publication, "People say, 'What does Sandra have to do with it?' She has a huge part in this."

Bullock and James won full custody of Sunny when Lindermulder was jailed on tax evasion charges in 2009.

But the adult actress has been battling to spend more time with her daughter ever since she was released from jail and she ramped up her efforts earlier this year when James and Bullock's marriage fell apart.

Sandra Bullock embroiled in new legal controvery

Sandra Bullock has been targeted in legal papers filed by her ex-husband Jesse James' former partner, who accuses the actress of telling her daughter she lied to police.

The reality star and Bullock were granted full guardianship of little Sunny in 2009 after porn star Janine Lindemulder, James' second wife, was sentenced to six months in jail for tax evasion.

She was released later that year and her custody efforts were given a boost after James was exposed as a love cheat in March.

The TV mechanic was granted permission to relocate from California to Texas with the six year old in July, but Lindemulder now shares legal custody of Sunny and regularly sees the young girl.

And the adult movie star was left fuming recently, when the youngster accused her of lying to cops.

In legal papers filed in Orange County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ.com, Lindemulder claims Sunny told her: "Sandy (Bullock) said that you lied to the police and that's why you went to jail."

The suit comes a month after Lindemulder lost her battle for increased child support after revealing plans to follow James to Texas to be closer to Sunny.

Kat Von D in love with Jesse James

Tattoo artist-to-the-stars Kat VON D has fallen head over heels for TV mechanic Jesse James, confessing she's already "in love" with Sandra Bullock's cheating ex after just weeks of dating.

The inked-up couple was first romantically linked last month when revelers spotted the pair enjoying a night out in Las Vegas.

Von D confirmed the news of the romance in a post on her Twitter.com page, telling her followers, "Yes, Jesse and I are dating," before deleting the message soon afterwards.

And the reality TV stars have since gone public with their relationship, posing posed together for cameras on Thursday night when they attended the opening of Von D's Wonderland gallery in Hollywood.

Von D, who split from rocker Nikki Sixx earlier this summer, now reveals she's fallen hard for James.

She tells People.com, "Jesse is only my ninth boyfriend. I don't hang out with anybody unless I am in love."

When asked if she believes James is the one for her, she says, "I believe he is, so yeah."

And the celebrity tattooist insists she has paid little attention to the cheating scandal that ended James' marriage to actress Bullock.

She adds, "I stayed away from that as much as possible, and when we connected recently, it was such a positive thing. It was just like, 'Wow, I can't believe I haven't spent this much time with you the entire time I've known you.' Now I'm just embracing it and enjoying it."

James' divorce from the Oscar-winner was finalized in June.

Sandra Bullock: 'Adoption was fate'

Sandra Bullock is convinced she was destined to adopt a baby boy amid the breakdown of her marriage.

The Oscar winner began the adoption process four years ago, and the star and her then-husband Jesse James secretly welcomed baby Louis into their family in January.

She subsequently split from the TV mechanic in March after his infidelities were exposed in the media, and Bullock went public with her baby news a month later.

Now a single parent, "The Blind Side" star is adamant her path to motherhood has worked out the way it was always intended.

In an exclusive interview with the "Today" show, she says, "It was a long process. I did not circumvent. I wanted to do everything exactly the same way everyone else did. He (Louis) was always mine, you know. It wasn't like I felt like someone was going to take him away. But it was nice to have someone say, 'I think you're a fit parent.'

"Everything works out the way the universe wants it to work out. We had always said that it didn't matter where the child came from. If they had issues that were medical issues, we didn't care. It's like the child that needed us in the home is the child that's going to be placed."

And the actress is delighted a little boy is finally joining the Bullock family.

She adds, "I didn't think it would be a boy. We don't have any boys in our family. Boy, is everyone really happy about that. So, he's like the crown prince. You know, it's nothing but girls in our family... It was just the hierarchy that needed to be broken."

Sandra Bullock faces the cameras nearly six months after affair scandal

Sandra Bullock will face TV cameras next week for the first time since her scandalous split from cheating ex Jesse James.

The star will sit down with "Today" show host Matt Lauer in New Orleans on Tuesday, six months after her world was turned upside down by reality TV star James' infidelity.

Bullock's March Best Actress Oscar win was overshadowed just days after she lifted the statuette for her role in "The Blind Side," when a tabloid revealed James had cheated on her with tattoo model Michelle McGee.

The actress went into hiding, emerging in April to reveal she and James had adopted 3-month-old baby son before news of his affair had broken.

A divorce, ending their five-year marriage, was finalized in June.

Sandra Bullock adoption finalized

Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock has finalized the adoption of her baby son, Louis.

"The Blind Side" star revealed in April that she and her then-husband Jesse James had secretly welcomed the tot into the family in January.

She subsequently split from the TV mechanic in March when his infidelities were exposed in the press and their marriage was officially declared over in June.

The Oscar winner proceeded with the adoption process as a single parent, moving from California to set up home in Austin.

And Friday the 13th proved to be a joyous occasion for Bullock when a judge at the Jefferson Juvenile Justice Center in Louis' native New Orleans signed off on the adoption papers at a finalization hearing.

The actress was joined by her friends and family, including her sister Gesine, for the momentous occasion, four years after she began her journey to parenthood.

An eyewitness tells People magazine, "She was happy. ... She is so in love with her child."

Sandra Bullock granted restraining order against overzealous fan

Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock has been granted a permanent restraining order against a man accused of stalking her for years.

Thomas James Weldon was initially banned from approaching the Oscar winner in 2003 after she complained about harassment.

The court order expired in 2009 and the overzealous fan recently became a nuisance again, prompting Bullock's attorneys to file for a new restraining order against him last month.

Weldon voluntarily entered a mental institution in Tennessee, but, according to the court filing, he turned up in an emergency room in Wyoming in June and told hospital staff he had driven from Tennessee in an attempt to meet Bullock at her home in nearby Jackson Hole, after communicating with the actress telepathically.

Court documents suggest Weldon has sent the actress numerous e-mails and faxes in recent years, but he has never met the star.

On Friday morning, a Los Angeles judge approved Bullock's restraining order request and banned Weldon from approaching the actress and her adopted son Louis for three years.

The order also protects her three former stepchildren with ex-husband Jesse James.

Weldon was committed indefinitely to a mental health hospital in Wyoming on Tuesday, according to Bullock's lawyer, Ed McPherson.

Sandra Bullock is Hollywood's best-paid actress

Sandra Bullock has seen off competition from Reese Witherspoon and Cameron Diaz to top Forbes magazine's best-paid actress list.

The "Miss Congeniality" star's career is at an all-time high despite her personal woes - she's landed at number one as the highest-earning actress over the last year, taking in $56 million between June 2009 and June 2010.

Forbes editors looked at income from film roles in addition to money that stars might have earned from perfume deals, clothing lines and ad campaigns.

Securing Bullock's top spot were her roles in "The Proposal" and "The Blind Side" - which won the star her first Oscar last year, for best leading actress.

Witherspoon and Diaz followed, each earning about $32 million.

The pair is followed by Jennifer Aniston in fourth place with $27 million, and "Sex & the City" star Sarah Jessica Parker, who ranks fifth on the list with $25 million.

Bullock's home life was rocked earlier this year, when news of her ex-husband Jesse James' alleged affairs hit headlines. The ex-couple's divorce was finalized in June, shortly after Bullock revealed she and James had adopted a baby boy.

Divorced Sandra Bullock and Jesse James declined alimony

Sandra Bullock and her ex-husband, Jesse James, secured a quick divorce by each refusing to claim alimony and waiving the right to have their assets independently valued.

A judge in Texas officially dissolved Bullock's marriage to the cheating TV mechanic on Monday, just two months after the Hollywood star filed for divorce.

In her legal papers, the Oscar winner claimed the marriage had "become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities," after tattoo model Michelle "Bombshell" McGee went public with news of her 11-month fling with James.

Details of the split settlement were kept secret, but documents obtained by TMZ.com reveal the former couple settled amicably and trusted one another to tally up the total value of their assets and debts, instead of bringing in an independent evaluator.

Bullock and James signed a confidential property settlement agreement, also known as a Partition Agreement, and declined to make a claim for spousal support.

The papers also state that "there is no child of the marriage ... now under eighteen years of age or otherwise entitled to support and none is expected".

Bullock and her ex adopted a baby boy named Louis from Louisiana in January, and the actress has since revealed she plans to raise the child as a single mom.
