these fuckers are more worried about finding out if people are lieing and what theyre thinking then the bennefits it could do for people in need, like people in commas,..reading their brain neorons to find out whats going on inorder to help get them out, also bipolar..multi personalaties etc. alot of good things could come outa this and the people in the video dont even mention it. PEOPLE ARE JUST KILLING EAcH OTHER GOVERNMENT WILL EVENTUALLY GET OBSESSED WITH POWER.

@Tiles10 now you're going to go crazy about control. Just get a gun and shoot them. They're in colleges. If your kids have redeeming qualities, they will blur them and jack up their cortex, so watch for spelling and math errors and scream at the often. That's how I was raised, and I don't feel love, so I'm not motivated by anything except pure blood.
