Activision's celebrated the launch of Blur, the power-up fuelled racing game, by spray painting the side of a Magistrates Court. Bold move Activision. Bold move indeed.
But wait! We're not talking about Activision tagging territory here; the vandalism has actually been done in such a way that it creates an impressive optical illusion so in fact it's not graffiti at all, it's art! Phew.
Designed and created by UK-based artist, Gavin Nolan, the 'mural' covers the wall of the Old Street Magistrates court in East London.
It creates the illusion that two race cars have crashed through the wall and exposed that Mario Kart style world that Activision was ripping into in its latest Blur TV ad.
Check out the carnage at the bottom of the page and look for our Blur review shortly.
I like the way the car looks as though it has taken out the step as it has gone through the wall. Maybe that's why they chose that location with the broken step.
