Xbox exclusive Call Of Duty pack spotted

Activision's The War Collection on Amazon
A new Activision Call Of Duty Bundle - dubbed The War Collection - has been spotted on Amazon.

The pack contains CoD 2, CoD 3 and Call Of Duty: World At War - which are, of course, a mix of Treyarch and Infinity Ward games.

Interestingly, the pack only appears to be available for Xbox 360 - with no PC or PS3 versions to be found.

It's currently a US-only release, and is due to hit shelves on June 1.

Treyarch's latest epic, Call Of Duty: Black Ops, is due for " release on all three formats on November 9.

COD 2 was IW. Im playing it right now funnily enough. COD 3 is the worst of them all IMHO. Shame its US only at present, but I have all 3 anyway but would be nice to pick this up just coz its an exclusive.

With CoD2 you don't need CoD3. If they would include CoD4 they atleast had a change of selling it.

They are just trying to make some extra money. They are probably trying to tell the full story and want to pay to play the old games before the new one comes out this Fall.

I'll gladly pass on this. Specially since I don't own a 360. And even if I did, I will still pass.

not that surprising that this isn't coming to PS3 considering COD2 never released on the the PS3 lol. Bit weird it wouldn't come to the PC and also a bit weird this mixture of games :S Why COD2 with this?

y would it b? cod2 came out in 2005 and PS3 launched in 2006.

this pack is prabobly aimed at ppl who recently bought their console after seeing mw2.i would not recomend this. cod ww is good tho, but theres just so many better games that r newer and better.

You have all 3 games, yet you'd still buy this crappy CoD pack featuring the worst CoD of them all? Why would you willingly give Craptivision even more money for games you already own?

Not at all. Companies like Activision keep putting prices up because idiots like him keep paying. Activision especially are getting out of hand.

In all fairness Activision are doing nothing wrong here, but im sick of companies like Nintendo constantly releasing old games for a quick buck and some idiots with no bills to pay, happily bend over and take it.

CoD2 wasn't on PS3. It was out a year before PS3.

And COD1 wasn't on PS3 either yet found its way to PSN. I don't see the point when you own at least 1 of these. COD3 is abysmal, COD2 is excellent and WAW is average, saved only by zombies.

I own all 3 games as well, but honestly I can't understand why anyone would want to spend $60 just to buy the same games again in a single box.
