Halo Reach creative director Marcus Lehto has hinted at some "big E3 plans" in a post on the official Halo Reach blog.

He sounds pretty excited about them as well. Here's what he had to say:

"This week, we solved some big E3 plans that have been cooking for a while now. It wasn't easy at all. I had some different ideas as to what I wanted to show, but our marketing folks did a great job of pulling me up off the ground - far enough away from the project that I could see what they thought would be the best thing for us to present. Damn, I can't wait for you all to tune in for what we have to show.

I just got done playing one of our final Beta take-home tests. The test team does an amazing job of burning through build after build of the game, finding all the tough to find bugs and whacking us over the heads until we fix them all. Then, they coordinate these massive tests on custom dev kits for us to take home and play during the night hours. Holy Crap, tonight was fun. Many uncontrolled outbursts of hilarity amongst our team.

So, the weather tomorrow is looking good enough that I think I'll break out the chopper from the garage for my ride into work. Looking forward to that!

Well we knw some of it will be Reach but am interested in if ther gunner show a new IP and if it will be on PS3 aswell as 360

Well Microsoft still have the rights to refusal, so unless they don't want Bungie's new IP (I don't know why they wouldn't but stranger things have happened) it'll stay just on the 360 (and PC maybe)

I doubt we're going to see anything other than Reach from Bungie just now. They'll want everybody to be thinking about nothing but Reach Reach and more Reach. Very Happy

Once Reach is done and released I think that's when we'll see what this new IP is and if it's an FPS I'll laugh.

MS own the Halo franchise, but not Bungie. So if Bungie want to make a multi plat game that isnt Halo, no force on this Earth can stop them (apart from a massive hurricane)

I hope they do reveal loads of stuff for Reach but also a new IP. It's time they made something multiplat
