EA's released a tutorial video for 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa's Global Elimination mode.

The multiplayer mode sees players selecting a number of teams each and then challenging each other in knockout matches. You lose when all of your teams have been knocked out.

Clive Tydlesly probably explains it better. In fact, his explanation is so detailed he even suggests how to pass the Wii Remote between your mates. Cheers Clive, we were struggling there.
