The first non-scan Portal 2 screenshots (and more art) have appeared on the internet, showing the sequel's new decaying art style, which we like very much.
Valve's sequel is set "hundreds of years" after the original game and has our lady, Chell waking up in a devastated and overgrown Aperture Science lab, where singing nemesis GlaDOS once again puts her to work solving puzzles.

I think Valve will forever use the Source engine, albeit a constantly evolving one. That is until some crazy new revolutionary architecture forces software the world over to be completely rewritten.
