David Jaffe has revealed that the development of his new game is "falling into place" - but has once again declined to tell us what it actually is.
The God Of War creator said via his blog that he'd been completing "concrete, game-making tasks" - but didn't confirm or deny rumours that the title is a remake of PlayStation classic Twisted Metal for PS3.
He wrote:
'Hey all- well I gotta say, I have not been this busy in a looong while. And it's really, really good. I love being slammed when the stuff we're slammed with are real, concrete game making tasks. This phase of the game is fantastic, where the pieces SLOWLY start falling into place and you- finally- begin to get glimpses of what you wanted the game to be from the very start. Still a long way to go and still not close to having the game of our dreams yet but we're working our asses off to get there...'
He said his team were 'super slammed' (no sniggering at the back) as they were so busy.
Nearly time to tell us what it is, David. E3, yeah?
Should be in Playstation channel, it well known he is making a game with Sony... in fact, his studio have a contract for 3 games with Sony but hey, what can you expect from CVG?
Ooh I'm David Jaffe, I'm making a new game....Somebody care. Every day I keep reading about this chap, but be honest, he doesn't exactly have a quality pedigree does he? He's no Kojima is he? I'd rather slow roast my gonads in an Aga than play another Twisted Metal game.
