Fat Princess gets free DLC maps

Patch 1.05 adds two new snow-themed maps - FREE
Sony has release a patch for Fat Princess that, among other things, adds two new maps to the game's roster - and it won't cost you a penny.

"We know many people have wanted new maps, and we're diligently trying to keep the community alive and together with these free maps," said the game's managing producer, Deborah Mars, about the new snow-themed levels.

The patch (version 1.05) will also squash a few bugs, including:

* Warrior: Fixed to disallow shield activation when carrying objects, as well as attenuating damage against lava and drowning.

* Ice Mage: Changed level 1 area attack to slow enemies, not freeze them.

* Soccer map: Disabled online score saving for this level (sorry, all, but it was too easy to gain rank).

Just boot up the game with your PS3 connected to PSN and the update will pop up automatically.
