50. Flower There are no guns here, instead spread petals throughout a decaying world and relax.
Not too bad a list, but I think you've been a little harsh on the PSN titles. I reckon a few should be a little higher. It's all rather subjective anyway. I've got 33 / 50 of these. Not too bad considering the number of new games in the list I haven't got yet.
This is why user-generated 'Top xx' don't work very well - LBP is number 19 for PS3 ffs?
Fair enough it has it's haters but in terms of representing brilliance and diversity PS3 has to offer I just can't look at Bioshock 2 above it and still maintain respect for the list.
I have exactly 30 of those titles but I have to disagree with Far Cry 2. Biggest waste of Ł10 I've ever spent. Stupid fucking game breaking glitches and nothing like the first Far Cry.
I've shit better games and not even hesitated to flush them down the pan!
CVG when are you gona get it into thick skulls that modern warfare 2 is f**king crap?! Seriously it doesn't belong at number 3 at all and the fact that its higher than cod4 is embarassing! Infact looking back to when you asked us to name our favourite ps3 games i cant even remember more than 1 person putting mw2 in they're list, at all! Obviously we wasted our time on that sh*t!
1st bioshock is infinitely better than 2 and wtf is with MW2 being that high? Ass creed 2 is not THAT good either. Whatever, you can like anything you want.
What CVG meant to say was 1. Uncharted 2 2. Batman: Arkham Asylum 3. God of War 3 4. Fallout 3 5. Assassin's Creed 2
Then just ignore anything past 5. Modern Warfare 2 higher than the original? FIFA, or any sports game for that matter, appearing on the list at all? Phsaw I say. Pshaw.
Bad Company 2 is better than Modern warfare 2, so is 30 of those games on that list. I don't see why gaming sites rate it so highly. Non-gamers like Modern Warfare 2 because it's a casual game
Where the hell is Alan Titchmarsh and the Quest for Idiocy? I know it was only on Norwegian import, but still! The erotica-writing minigame was legendary! Anyone with me?
I wouldn't even touch 37 of those games listed with a ten foot pole, when I finally get around to getting a ps3 I've no intent on playing anything that involves guns or first person views, about as boring as you can get.
oh good. How about you make a list with just PS3 games, which i thought was the whole point in the list in the first place? What the point in putting multiplatform games on the list? How does that differentiate it from the 360? As for the list itself...Dante's Inferno? Seriously? SERIOUSLY? I think this says more about the person writing the list than the quality of the games personally.
Lets try this again shall we: (by all means move the list around as you prefer) I attempted to follow the list, which differs a lot from my own personal tastes, but i'm sure some bias got in. This is a proper list of ps3 games. Not multiplatform.
bioshock 2 topped the original's narrative. Give over. The originals storyline has one of the best twists in a game ever. It hits you like a truck to the side of the head.
the second one was almost entirely by the numbers.
thought it was gonna be 50 best ps3 games, not 50 best games that are released on the console that are released on everything else. might as well of added ZELDA OOT to the list. as everything else is added.
take out all the multiplatform games on the ps3 list and do it again please.
the community has spoken top 50 exclusive games for each platform. NO multiplatform console titles ALLOWED.
Well ,now seriously ,the list is a good one but I dont agree with the spots.Valkyria Chronicles ,Wipeout HD Fury and Flower among others cant be that low ...AC2 and MW2 definitely cant beat God of War 3 and Killzone 2,LBP MUST be in the Top Ten and lots of brilliant PSN games as Critter Crunch ,Shatter and Fat Pricess are nowhere to be seen.
MW2 is decent, but there should be no way it should be in the top 3, no way it should be above MW1 and no way it should be in the list as its cross platform, you impudent fools CVG!
Must disagree with AC2 as well, somehow i prefered AC1. Bioshock shouldn't be there cause 360 got it first.
Well i'll be! 50 decent games on the ps3!!! Sorry there is only 1 game on that list I was willing to pay full price for & that was multi format MW2! I could have put some decent input in if it was 50 top games any format or 50 top games wii i'd still struggle but would be easier.

If that is the only good game on ps3 then I have no idea what can impress you (oh wait the great game mw2 can!!!). I do believe in personal opinion but there is sometimes a wrong answer no matter which way you look at it.
