New Matrix shots! Kappow!

Shiny Entertainment has treated us to new action-packed screenshots from its Enter the Matrix game today. The title ties in with the second and imminent movie in the film series, The Matrix: Reloaded, following the exploits of characters Ghost and Niobe as they fight for the freedom of mankind.

Shiny is, of course, seeking to recreate the stylistic action of the movies in Enter the Matrix. As you can see from today's screenshots, opportunities to engage in kung fu combat and firefights will be raining down by the bucket-load. This will all be tied in with bullet-time, presenting battles in full, slow-motion glory.

The screenshots come from the PS2 version of Enter the Matrix, but expect Xbox, PC and GameCube versions to look similar, or even better.
