XBW 88 Out Now!

Stunning Bioshock 2 and Spec Ops exclusives...
To celebrate this month's two giant exclusives issue 88 comes with two collectible covers: Bioshock 2 and Spec Ops: The Line. Which one will you pick?

Previews!
47 pages. 124 games. No other magazine covers 2010 gaming in as much detail as we do. Our monster preview section begins with the world's first ever genuine look at Spec Ops: The Line. Then we dig our teeth into Just Cause 2, Medal of Honor, Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands, Singularity, AvP, Enslaved and no less than 117 others.

Reviews!
Reviews begin with the big one: Bioshock 2. Can the sequel come close to matching the brilliance of the first Bioshock? That would be telling... This month we've also reviewed Army of Two: The 40th Day, Dark Void, Darksiders and a handful of others. And did somebody mention Mass Effect 2? Go on then, you can have a review of that as well.

Extras!
Batman Arkham Asylum 2. Halo Reach. True Crime. Splinter Cell Conviction co-op. John Strike's jokes. It'll be tough to put this issue down, but if you do we've got even more for you. This month's DVD includes 25 HD movies and eleven podcasts, including the DVD-exclusive Insider Cast and 5 official 'casts on cover game Bioshock 2. Issue 88 also comes packaged with a tips and cheats book for a whopping 210 games, as well as a free CubeeCraft pack with Big Daddy and Little Sister model sets.

Issue 88 is available now at all good newsagents and supermarkets, and subscriptions are now available to ensure future issues are delivered direct to your door. Just visit:

great ish, it seems to me that im the only gamer who really fell in love with mass effect 1, on release and up to this day also, that whole period of my life is filled with good memories so i suppose that could be a rose tinting factor, any way HAVE A GOOD one playing mass effect 2 on me.

Not the only one stbash. Mass Effect is still my favourite game on the 360. I did raise an eyebrow over XBOX WORLD'S 360 review score for ME2 and there main criticism of the game - 'Main narrative takes its time.' Laughing Is that a fault? Is this Dragon Age all over again?
YouGuysRock7 on 21 Jan '10
If ME2 is half as good as Dragon Age then it will be excellent.

Mass Effect is my favourite game too. Just finished my 19th playthrough. Just keep replaying it until ME2 drops through the door.

19th playthrough Shocked 'That's hardcore Andy!' Just in the process of completing my 4th playthrough.
YouGuysRock7 on 22 Jan '10
Hardcore or Sad? I'm not sure. I have another 2 to finish before ME2 releases. Embarassed

what was your favourite part of mass effect 2 then guys, had to be that ending cut, when the normandy takes on all of these geth ships, then bang, enter the reaper, all hell breaks loose
