God of War 3 release dated

Further fuelling retail-spawned rumours earlier this week, GameStop has pinned God of War 3's release for March 16.

That's the same week as UK shops Game and Gamestation forecast for the God War Trilogy earlier this week, which was set at March 20 before the date was swiftly removed.

GoW3 is priced at $59.99 on GameStop, which apparently got its date in an email from Sony, according to reports.

Sony is yet to officially confirm a date.
